This is some internal upcycling.
Friends of ours gave us a worn out set of draws.
The draws were still solid but the carcass had seen better days and needed a complete dismantle to repair properly.
Number two son had recently returned from Aus, broke, and was in desperate need of some Flat bedroom furniture that had to be cheap.
He now has a set of draws and a bed side table.
If you think the result looks a bit pallet like, that's because that is what they are made of.
Simple half lap joinery, glued and screwed.
Actually don't look too bad, wife says they look better than she thought they were going to.
And they are actually quite functional.
